Theatre breakfast with tea, coffee and two performances from our menu: Clios' Story: a bold, physical adaptation of the Oedipus myth. When Oedipus is confronted by the tragic, poetic story of his travelling companion. Orpheus: a contemporary, lyrical and musical adaptation of the mythological tale of love and despair, written by Nick Borsack. The Chip: an adaptation Takiji Kobayashi’s 1923 novel of working class struggle, Kani kosen and explores the vivid imagery of an oppressed life at sea and the workers suffering under the dominance of the capitalist machine.
